a Pause after Pre-Sale

I have decided to pause the sale of our upcoming retreats, in solidarity with those suffering most. I feel called to refocus my energy on the yoga practice and this community.

Using the Yamas as my guide, I’ve put together a few offerings in the coming weeks. And you’re invited to join!

Q: What are the “Yamas?”
A: An ethical code of conduct, helping us to alleviate the suffering of the world around us.

Ahimsa: A practice of non-harming, rooted in compassion.

Satya: A truthfulness that moves beyond our societal reality.

Asteya: Not only is this a practice of non-stealing, but a wholeheartedness with the time and resources we have.

Brahmacharya: A practice of moderation, rooted in mindfulness.

Aparigraha: A feeling of contentment that comes from within, rather than external sources.
